Unleash Your Inner Genius Sit
Still - Do Nothing Tuesdays, Feb 21 - Mar 13, 2012 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. with Jon &
Linda Caswell | | Linda & Jon Caswell |
Daily
meditation practice transforms your life without you doing anything. Unfortunately most people are so frazzled and tense that
getting quiet seems impossible. Why? Mind chatter and negative emotions.
In four weeks, Unleash
Your Inner Genius teaches you how to shift those states of mind and changes meditation practice
from a guilty "should" into a life-transforming "get-to."
Completely Western and non-sectarian, Unleash
Your Inner Genius focuses on simple metaphors and techniques for neutralizing your resistance to contemplation.
We focus on benefits, not discipline. UYIG is easy, easy, easy: If you can sit still with your eyes closed for a few minutes,
you can do this.
Cost: $50.00 for all 4 sessions
To register: email Office@UnityArlingtonTX.org
