One of the best ways to feel connected to a growing church like Unity Church of Arlington is to get involved in the life of the community.  We have many opportunities for you to participate. 

Light Bearers
This ministry meets once monthly after the Sunday morning service to hold prayer consciousness for those who have requested prayer.  It is open to anyone who feels the call to participate.


Prayer Chaplains
Prayer Chaplains are trained practitioners who hold Truth Consciousness with others through prayer.  Training is required.


Hospitality
You may participate in the worship service as a greeter or usher.


Lay Ministers
Lay Ministers are trained lay leaders who assume the responsibility for various ministries within the church.  Training is required.


Healing Touch
The Healing Touch team provides healing energy through various modalities to those who request it.  It is offered on a Love Offering basis on the first three Monday evenings each month.


Light Moments
This is an opportunity to share your story of a spiritual awakening with the congregation.


Fellowship
This team plans and coordinates Sunday coffee and snacks and other special fun times for the congregation.


Care Team
This team assists members of our church family through times of crisis, illness or death. This may include prayer, food or transportation.


Prosperity Team                            
This team holds Prosperity Consciousness for the church and makes decisions regarding the sharing of the church’s tithes and gifts.


Building Team
This team volunteers to share in the minor maintenance of the buildings and work on special projects.


Grounds Team
This team cares for the serenity of nature in our surrounding grounds planting, watering and weeding.


Sound Team
Schedules and trains the volunteers to operate the sound system and record the services.


Newsletter Team
Share your skills for copying, folding, editing, creating, compiling, printing and mailing the newsletter.


Volunteer Team
Working on helping our church family identify their Spiritual Gifts and providing opportunities for sharing those gifts.


Youth Education
There are opportunities for teachers and assistants in the Youth Education Department from nursery through high school.


R.A.F.T.                              
This team works with those who are seeking employment by offering information on available jobs, interview skills and resume assistance.

Make a joyful noise with Radiant Sounds,  All are welcome.
